Shipping Terms
1 Shipping Costs.
GO will provide free standard shipping on all orders with a total invoice value of $1,500 or more, excluding taxes, fees, and any applicable surcharges. Orders with a total invoice value of less than $1,500 shall be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $29.95, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by GO.
2 Shipping Method and Timing.
GO will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship all accepted orders as soon as possible. Most orders ship within two (2) to five (5) business days from order acceptance; however, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GO shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or other events beyond GO’s reasonable control.
3 Ammunition Shipments.
Dealer acknowledges and agrees that all ammunition must ship via ground transportation only, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations. Expedited or air shipment of ammunition is not permitted.
4 Shipping Address and Delivery.
Dealer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. GO shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping instructions provided by Dealer. Any re-routing, re-delivery, or special handling requested by Dealer may result in additional charges billed to Dealer.
